I'm Lorell — a London-based developer and founder who builds digital products that actually work. From B2B marketplaces to e-commerce stores, client portals to fleet management tools, I take projects from idea to launch with the same relentlessness I bring to marathon day.
I also co-founded TipperConnect, the UK's first two-sided marketplace for construction waste haulage — handling everything from developing the app to Stripe Connect integrations and DEFRA compliance APIs.
Outside of building, I also run. Three marathons in, with a 3:40 personal best. The discipline it takes to train through early mornings and bad weather is the same discipline I bring to every client project.

The UK's first two-sided marketplace for construction waste haulage.
Site managers book licensed tipper trucks. Quarries and contractors manage jobs and fleets. Built with Stripe Connect for split payments, the DEFRA Digital Waste Tracking API for compliance, and a founder-led go-to-market from cold call to signed contract.

Full branding and booking site for a tattoo artist.

ASK Security
End-to-end UX and SEO audit for a UK physical security firm.
Delivered as a 23-page report with prioritised recommendations, a full redesign brief, and partial implementation. The kind of work that turns 'our website doesn't convert' into a clear roadmap.
CheckATruck
Digital vehicle inspection platform for commercial HGV fleets.
A DVSA-compliant daily walkaround check tool replacing paper forms with a fast, mobile-first digital workflow. Drivers log defects on the go, fleet managers review live status, and compliance evidence is always audit-ready.
Delucas Deli
Restaurant website with a full online menu for a neighbourhood deli-cafe.
Built in React and TypeScript for a local food establishment — covering brand presentation, the full deli menu, and a clean customer-facing experience. Demonstrates end-to-end delivery for food and hospitality clients.
